Corrida: Locals run Hannover through green space first. Eilenriede gives easy shade for Z2, and Maschsee Runde works for steady laps when the paths are not packed. Maschsee Strandbad anchors Frauenlauf Hannover fem.run, so that side of the lake always feels like race ground. Leinetal and the Fösselauf course keep things flat and green through Linden/Limmer and Ahlem-Badenstedt-Davenstedt.
