Running: The Roman Wall is the easy local lap, and many people take walks or go for runs around the wall every morning. Locals use the adarve for steady Z2, quick intervals, and that small boost you get because running on top of a Roman wall is motivating. Parque de Frigsa and Parque Feria Exposicións keep the Corre con Nós scene close to town. The Roman Wall loop is 01 km with 27 m of gain. Medio Maratón Cidade de Lugo, Cross Ponte Romana, Carreira Popular Lugo Monumental, and San Martiño 10K are the anchor races.
