Wszyscy albo Razem

Wszyscy albo Razem is a charity run in Zielona Góra, Poland, starting and finishing on ul. Cytrynowa near St. Joseph's stable. The name translates as “All or Nothing.” The event is scheduled in late August, with the adult race starting in the morning and a children's race following early in the afternoon. Entries are handled online. The route uses sidewalk sections and leads toward an entrance to the forest, giving the impression of a small local run rather than a closed-road city race. Its purpose is to support the Social Integration Center in Zielona Góra. The organizer is Partia Razem, a Polish left-wing party whose politics include social democracy and egalitarianism, fitting the event's charity focus.

Grand Prix Kaczmarek Electric MTB

Gravelowe Derby Lubuskie

Gravelowe Derby Lubuskie is a gravel bike race in Poland’s Lubuskie Voivodeship, designed to connect the region’s two capitals. Participants can select a 100-kilometer route or a 50-kilometer option. The event is intended for adult amateur cyclists, not exclusively licensed professionals. The start and finish are in different locations, giving the day the feel of a point-to-point journey rather than a circuit. The course features varied terrain. Participants must present either a valid cycling license or a medical certificate. The race operates under the Polish Cycling Federation. Both men and women are eligible to compete, with prizes awarded to winners. The event also contributes to local charities.

Zielona Góra トレーニングメモ

ランニング： Zielona Góraは周り中森だらけの緑豊かな丘陵地帯だから、地元の人たちはまず森を走るんだ。parkrunのコースはMOSIRのウォーターパークとMcDonald'sの裏手の森の中にあって、完全にフラットなんだけど、砂地で木の根や松ぼっくり、小枝、足元には小さな窪みなんかもあって面白いよ。ループ状のネットワークは98 kmもあって、獲得標高は195 mくらい。ZLKL - Zielonogórski Klub Lekkoatletycznyが陸上競技の活動を盛り上げてるし、Wataha Zielona Góraも地元じゃ有名なクラブだね。Bieg dla Transplantacji、Zielonogórski Bieg Niepodległościowy、Polmaraton Solanがこの地域の主要なランニングイベントだよ。

サイクリング： 市内を気持ちよく走りたい時は、みんなZielona Strzałaに乗るんだ。この「緑の矢」は駅のすぐ横からスタートして、昔の狭軌鉄道の線路跡をたどりながら街全体を横断するし、自転車橋も2つ渡るんだよ。Zielona Góraには快適なサイクリングパスが何キロも整備されてて、Park Książęcy ZatonieやPark w Kiełpinieへのアクセスも楽ちん。専用のサイクリングクラブはあんまり聞かないから、ここはクラブ主導というよりは、ルート主導でライドする感じかな。でも、Falubaz Zielona Góra、Zastal Zielona Góra、Lechia Zielona Góraのおかげで、街全体にはまだまだクラブ活動が盛んな雰囲気があるよ。Tour de Zielonaのループは93 kmで、獲得標高は686 m。74%が未舗装路で、singletrackは0%だね。Wine Hill、Góra Tatrzańska、Gór Zielonogórskichあたりに登りがあるよ。Gravelowe Derby LubuskieとGrand Prix Kaczmarek Electric MTBが主なレースだね。

シーズン： 春と秋は、地道なbase milesや長めのライド、質の高いインターバル練習にぴったりな時期だよ。街は標高130 mだし、森に覆われた丘陵地帯のおかげで、毎日が修行みたいにならずに、バラエティ豊かなトレーニングができるんだ。夏は乾燥した森でのランニング、温かいZ2のループ、それからbikepackingに良い季節だね。Tour de Zielonaなんかは90%は乗れるけど、特に乾いた場所だと少し押し歩き（hike-a-bike）が必要になることもあるかな。大雨が降ると、未舗装路が滑りやすくて泥だらけになるから、自転車の練習はすぐに変わっちゃうんだ。冬でもランニングもサイクリングも続けられるよ。ランナーはフラットな砂地の森の周回コースを走るし、サイクリストはトレイルが荒れてる時は、サイクリングパスとか街中のルート、あとは静かなエンデュランス系の練習を選ぶことが多いね。
