Troyes

Troyes is a flat medieval city in Champagne where cycling dominates the local scene. The Rotary tour du bouchon, a 7km loop through the town centre, is the signature local race, while longer gravel and road events like the Randonnée Routes-chemins (68km) draw riders into the rolling farmland and forest tracks of the Aube region. Runners find park circuits and towpath routes along the Seine, but the area is distinctly a cyclist's territory.
