Czech running runs on RunCzech — Volkswagen Prague Marathon, Mattoni Half Marathons in Karlovy Vary, České Budějovice, Olomouc, Liberec and Ústí — plus the bezeckyzavod.cz catalog of over 1,100 races across every weekend of the year. Trail running has a strong base in the Beskydy and Krkonoše mountains.

Cyclists combine flat road racing on the Bohemian plains with serious MTB and gravel in the Beskydy and Šumava (Bohemian Forest); KPŽ Author Cup, Bike Battle, and the Sokolská Stezka gravel events draw thousands. Czechs also travel widely to Slovak, Austrian and Polish races.
