Brunswick-St. Simons Training Notes

Running: Locals run East Beach when they want salt air and steady Z2. East Beach gives St. East Beach gives you 5 miles from one end to the other, generally with hard packed sand. Jekyll Island gives runners a 10-mile beach with firm sand and an extensive trail system. Avenue of the Oaks brings very pretty side streets with moss-draped oaks.
