DOM OTT 11

SAB OTT 17
Saukville Scare is a Halloween-themed 5K run and walk held in Grady Park, Saukville, Wisconsin. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes. The event caters to both competitive 5K runners and families attending for the holiday activities. It serves as an annual community fundraiser, with proceeds benefiting the Saukville Parent's Association to support elementary school activities and classroom resources. The 5K race offers cash prizes for the top male and female finishers and awards for winners in each age division. Following the race, Grady Park hosts a costume contest, a pumpkin pancake breakfast, a bounce house, and music by a DJ near the shelter. Children aged 12 and under can participate in a separate Trick or Treat Fun Walk on a shorter course featuring four trick-or-treat stations.

The event typically hosts 100 to 500 participants, taking place within Nashotah Park. The course features wide, maintained trails covered in wood chips. Over 90% of the race unfolds within the park's wooded areas, passing Forest Lake and Grass Lake. The terrain is characterized as fast and flat, suitable for trail runners seeking less technical challenges on longer distances. The 5K course follows the Fox River, establishing the race within Appleton rather than a generic park setting. Costumes are encouraged, and a participant costume contest takes place after the 5K. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome. All finishers get a custom medal and refreshments. The top three overall male and female 5K finishers receive special recognition. Family and group discounts, YMCA packet pickup, and volunteer opportunities reinforce its community focus.

Chilly Willy Winter Run Series - SEVEN Events!
SAB NOV 7
The Chilly Willy Winter Run Series features seven events held in Wisconsin between November and March. The series focuses on cold-weather running, offering 5K and 10K races at most locations, alongside a walking series and two half marathons throughout the season. Presented by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC, the series allows half marathon participants to remain in contention on days without their chosen distance; they are placed in the 10K category for those events. Rucking, which involves hiking with a weighted backpack and originates from military training, is now available at all events as a lower-impact fitness choice.
Bucks & Does 13.1 Pointer
SAB NOV 14
The Bucks & Does 13.1 Pointer is a Wisconsin race that uses deer-season wordplay. Runners can select a 5K, 10K, or half marathon, named the 5-Pointer, 10-Pointer, and 13.1-Pointer, respectively. The event takes place in November, serving as preparation for Wisconsin's deer season. It also offers a 5 Pointer Walk, 5K Ruck, 10K Ruck, a free Bambi Run for children, and an early start option for the half marathon. The course specifics are not detailed, but the race strongly embraces its theme. Participants receive a wooden finisher medal known as a woodle. Deer puns are incorporated throughout the event, and runners are informed that they may see actual deer along the course or within the surrounding woods. The name originated from a community naming competition, where "Bucks & Does Fifty Pointer" was the winning entry before the event's current lineup was established around the pointer-distance format.
Holiday Lights Hunger Run/Walk
SAB NOV 21
The Holiday Lights Hunger Run/Walk is a 5K and 1-mile event in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, taking place in November at the Jaycees Quarryview Center Area and Evergreen Park. It proceeds through the park during the annual drive-through holiday lights display and functions as the Sheboygan County Food Bank’s main annual fundraiser. The race also collaborates with myTEAM TRIUMPH, allowing participants to register for the 5K as either Angels or Captains without charge. Angels are physically able athletes who assist Captains, individuals with any type of disability, to the finish line. The event is coordinated by Food Bank employees and local residents, with area businesses and groups providing contributions and sponsorships. Funds generated support the Sheboygan County Food Bank, aiding in the distribution of food to pantries throughout Sheboygan County. myTEAM TRIUMPH also maintains a Photo Circle for participants to exchange race-day pictures and review previous years.
Junior Woman's Club of Mequon-Thiensville 2026 Turkey Trot
GIO NOV 26
On Thanksgiving Day in Thiensville, Wisconsin, the Junior Woman's Club of Mequon-Thiensville Turkey Trot offers local runners and walkers a 5K beginning at 250 Elm Street. The course follows a MapMyRun route, with packet pickup at Village Park in Thiensville prior to race morning. Finishers get medals, shirts are provided while supplies last, and proceeds benefit groups including Family Sharing, Balance, Ozaukee Food Alliance, Kettle Moraine YMCA, and other Mequon-Thiensville community projects supported by local sponsors.

Il Loop attraversa Prairie Trail, Peebles Trail, Lakeside Park Trail, Brooke Street Trail e Camelot Trail, così è facile mettere insieme i tuoi base miles. Rosendale è a 7 miglia a ovest.
