ランニング： ゴジュフのランナーは、Warta RiverとKłodawka沿いでZ2ペースの練習によく行くよ。長い距離を走りたい日はGorzowski Park Krajobrazowyの方に向かう感じかな。その公園の周回コースは04 kmで、獲得標高が194 mもあるから、地元の人たちはジョグじゃなくて、しっかりしたロングランとして走ってるんだ。Manhatan loopsはインターバルとか、5kのタイムトライアルみたいな調整走にぴったりで、24 kmで獲得標高は8 mだよ。Biegowe Grand Prix Gorzowa Wielkopolskiegoは5 kmレースが6回あって、Nocny Gorzowski Półmaratonがメインイベントだね。
