Zoetermeer

Zoetermeer is dead flat—classic Dutch polder running and cycling terrain at sea level near The Hague. The Geuzenloop is the local road race; cyclists dominate here with events like the Harbour Tour (140km) and Run Bike Marathon drawing riders through the pancake-flat Zuid Holland landscape of dykes, canals and polders. Roads are straight and fast; serious elevation doesn't exist until you push 50km toward the Veluwe or Belgium.
