Your new training app

It's fast, it can get you pedalling in 6-seconds. Click Quick Start and you have started your warmup. Look around, pick your workout.

While training, skip an interval, extend it, merge in a second workout, or swap between ERG, Slope and HR+ modes.

Finish and the ride auto-flows to Strava via Garmin. Works with any smart trainer, plays nicely next to Zwift, and the core app is free.

Choosing a workout is painless

Today tab
  • Today tab — workout of the day. Pick a duration, swipe through the options, tap Ride Now.
  • Workouts tab — the full library: favourites, custom workouts, personal curated lists, search by duration or intensity.
  • Planned — if you have a dynamic plan, a workout on your calendar, or a Workout of the Day from TrainingPeaks or Intervals.icu, today's workout shows up automatically in two places: the Today tab or Workouts → Plan.

Every workout card shows duration, stress, intensity, and the interval chart so you know what you're agreeing to before you clip in.

Ride it

Ride Now opens the player. Four tiles while you pedal: Target Watts, Watts (actual), Interval + Total elapsed, and RPM (plus HR if paired). Tap any tile for an alternate view.

Controls while the ride is running:

  • Start / pause — auto (pauses when you stop pedalling) or manual.
  • Skip to end of segment — jump forward when the current interval is done.
  • Extend the segment (+) — add time to the current block.
  • Zoom the graph — tap the top of the chart.
  • Time display — toggle interval / total, ascending or descending.
  • Secondary stats — tap the bottom centre to reveal distance, speed, and calories.

Switch modes mid-ride — HR+, Slope, or ERG. For merging a second workout on the fly and the rest of the dynamic-training toolkit, see Dynamic Workouts.

Player controls

After the ride — auto send to Strava

Your finished workout lands in the Activities tab — date, power and HR averages, chart. If you've configured Settings → Connections once, it also flows automatically to TrainingPeaks, Dropbox, or Strava.
