The Riverfront Heritage Trail connects the Riverfront, City Market, and historic West Bottoms, and it can stretch past 15 miles for long-run days. States Run Club meets Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Mill Creek Park in the Country Club Plaza. Kansas City Running Club brings free group runs every day and Wednesday night track sessions.
