Saint-Brieuc sits on Brittany's north coast where the Bay of Saint-Brieuc cuts deep inland, making for exposed, rolling terrain that tests both runners and cyclists. The cycling calendar centres on the Rando De L'Agglo and Rando Agglo Tour, both ~80–90km rides through the undulating bocage countryside south of the city. Runners tackle coastal headland paths with 100–150m elevation gain per loop, though the bay itself offers flat seafront alternatives when the Atlantic wind is too fierce.
