Ronde de la tam
Ronde de la Tam is a January race day in Montady, Hérault, southern France, featuring running, trail running, Nordic walking, walking, and children's races. Adult options include a 6.4 km walk, an 8.6 km Nordic walk, a 10.5 km trail run, or a 21 km semi-marathon, with the latter available solo or as a duo. Children's races are free and cover 750 m, 1,500 m, and 3,000 m. The course consists of two 10.5 km loops for the 21 km race, and one loop each for the 10.5 km trail, 8.6 km Nordic walk, and 6.4 km walk. This is the event's 30th edition, emphasizing a local and festive atmosphere over formality.
