毎週、毎月、または毎年繰り返し開催されるレース

10 km de Behren
日 10月 4
The 10 km de Behren is a 10 km race held in Behren-lès-Forbach, a town in the Moselle department of France’s Grand Est region. It takes place in early October, connecting athletic activity with Pink October, the breast cancer awareness campaign. The primary race begins at the Aldo Carrozza stadium, and the event includes a 5 km walk for those who prefer not to race. The course is characterized as a nature run within Behren-lès-Forbach, distinct from a simple flat city-road course. The Pink Walk, known as the Marche Rose, is coordinated with Entr’aide Cancer. This event has attracted close to 400 participants in total. Recent years have also featured a children's race, contributing to the event's local character beyond a typical 10 km race.
Foulées du Saulnois
火 10月 6
Foulées du Saulnois is a small race series in Château-Salins, France, typically held in early October. It offers runners a selection of short trail races and road running events: 5 km, 10 km, 12 km, and 20 km distances, along with races for children and juniors. The 10 km is a road race, while the 5 km, 12 km, and 20 km are trail events. The longest race covers 20 km on trails with approximately 150 metres of elevation gain, making it undulating rather than mountainous. A 5 km walk is also available, allowing participation for those who prefer not to race intensely. Entry fees are reasonable, with the 12 km and 10 km priced at 10 EUR and the 20 km at 12 EUR.
Course et marche octobre rose
火 10月 6
The Course et marche Octobre rose in Nancy is a women-only 5 km road run and 5 km walk held in the city in early October. It is part of Octobre rose, the month-long breast cancer awareness campaign that runs each October, using the pink ribbon as its symbol. The Nancy event is a charity outing, with participants using the same distance to support breast cancer screening, research, and those affected by the disease. The route is an urban 5 km on Nancy's roads, with a walking option for those who do not wish to race. Similar Octobre rose runs and marches occur across France, including events in Bordeaux, Lille, and Strasbourg, often drawing participants from regular runners to first-time attendees. The campaign began in the United States and later came to France, focusing on early detection, regular medical follow-up, and fundraising for breast cancer research.
Marathon des 3 Pays du Rhin
水 10月 7
The Marathon des 3 Pays du Rhin is a road race that takes place around Basel and the Rhine border region, connecting Switzerland, France, and Germany. It is known as a “3 in 1” event because participants run through Basel, Saint-Louis, Huningue, and Weil am Rhein, crossing national borders. The event has offered 5 km, 10 km, half-marathon, and full marathon distances, along with a duo option for pairs tackling the longer distances. The course begins in Basel, a Swiss city on the Rhine. It then proceeds through the adjacent border towns of the Upper Rhine region, making it a cross-border event on public roads. The French segments run through Saint-Louis and Huningue in the Haut-Rhin department, and the German section goes to Weil am Rhein. While described as an established event, sources indicate the marathon has had its final edition, suggesting it is a race with a distinct local history rather than a recurring annual fixture.
Foulées du saulnois - Château-Salins
水 10月 7
The Foulées du Saulnois is a race held in Château-Salins, Moselle, organized by Vélo Triathlon Club Avenir de Falck. The event includes a 20 km trail with approximately 150 meters of elevation gain, a 12 km trail, a 10 km race, a 5 km walk, and children's trail races. Past events have taken place in autumn, typically on a Sunday. The 20 km trail is described as rolling, not mountainous. The 10 km race offers a direct course for faster runners; Jean-Louis Harel's winning time for this distance was 36:02. The variety of events attracts club runners, trail runners, walkers, and families. By its eighth edition, the race had become a local fixture in Château-Salins, with modest entry fees of 12 EUR for the 20 km and 10 EUR for the 12 km and 10 km races.
La ballastière jeunes - Hagondange
土 10月 10
La Ballastière Jeunes is a children’s running event in Hagondange, starting Saturday afternoon. It features short races for various age groups, ranging from a 200-meter run to a 3-kilometer course for older or more experienced children. The event provides six distances in total: 500 meters, 700 meters, 1 kilometer, 1.5 kilometers, and 3 kilometers, ensuring young runners can select a race appropriate for their abilities. The atmosphere is intentionally low-pressure, with no timed races or long distances to deter newcomers. Children run with family nearby, in a secure and family-oriented setting. Participation is free, allowing any child interested in running to join, and all participants receive a medal upon finishing.
Les foulées lunévilloises - Lunéville
日 10月 11
Les Foulées Lunévilloises is a Pink October running and walking event in Lunéville, in Meurthe-et-Moselle, built around short distances rather than a single headline race. The program starts with a walk in the early afternoon, then moves through children’s races of 900m and 1500m before the 5km and 10km set off together. It is deliberately accessible: entry is 5 euros, the walk does not require a medical certificate or PPS, and the race distances cover everyone from young children to adult runners. The event is organized by Les Ducs de Lunéville - Amicale des Sports Enchaînés Lunévilloise, and the fee is donated to Comité 54 Ligue contre le cancer. Pink shirts are handed out with bibs while supplies last, and more than 1,900 have been distributed to walkers and runners. A group warm-up led by Lorraine gym comes before the starts, and local club runners are a visible part of the day, with young “petits ducs” appearing on children’s podiums and “duchesses” placing in the women’s 5km results.
Les Foulées Lunévilloises
火 10月 13
Les Foulées Lunévilloises takes place on an October afternoon in Lunéville, located in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department of France’s Grand Est region. The primary running events are 5 km and 10 km road races, which begin simultaneously in the mid-afternoon. Earlier in the day, shorter races are held for children, along with a walking event. The event is organized by Lunéville Athletic Club and contributes to the fight against cancer, with registration fees going to the Comité 54 Ligue contre le cancer. It attracts a local, diverse group of participants, not solely competitive athletes. A past edition saw 634 runners. Children can compete in 900 m or 1,500 m races, while adults have the choice of 5 km or 10 km. Walkers can participate without a medical certificate or PPS. Bib pickup may include a T-shirt, subject to availability, and an app provides live GPS tracking for friends and family, along with a fan zone.
Les boucles seichanaises - Seichamps
日 10月 25
Foulées des barbus - Épinal
日 11月 1
At Épinal’s Parc du Château, Foulées des Barbus brings men together for a non-timed 6.5 km run or walk. The event raises awareness for male cancers and is part of France’s national cancer-awareness calendar, linked to Octobre Rose. It typically takes place in early November, preceded by a morning warm-up. The 6.5 km route is suitable for casual runners and walkers. A separate 2 km course is available for individuals with reduced mobility. The Vosges Committee of the League against Cancer organizes the event, with the entire registration fee supporting the local committee. Recent events have seen close to 2,000 registered men, along with many partners, and over 20,000 euros raised, highlighting it as a community effort rather than a competitive race.
Bike & Run Toul
日 11月 1
Bike & Run Toul is a two-person run-and-bike event held in Toul, located in France’s Grand Est region. Start and bib pickup are at Champ de Foire – Salle Balson. This event is part of the Challenge CD54 and focuses on short formats rather than long-distance racing. The main S race covers 14 km, the XS race is approximately 9 to 10 km, and youth races are available for younger children and those aged 10 to 13. The format requires teams of two to navigate the course, alternating between running and cycling. TRIATHLON TOUL TEAM is the organizing body, and participants include both adults and children. Distances for younger racers are scaled to 5 km, 1.5 km, or 1 km. Toul’s train station is situated about 1 km from the venue, offering convenient access without a car.
La courir à Saint-Max
日 11月 1
La Courir à Saint-Max is a 10 km road race held in Meurthe-et-Moselle each November, with a limit of 500 participants. The start and finish lines are located at Stade Raymond Petit in Tomblaine. The race is organized by CAN Saint-Max and the Office Municipal des Sports de Saint-Max. The race features a single, direct 10 km course, which has been updated in recent years. It consistently attracts a full field for a local event, and pre-registration is required as there is no on-site sign-up. This event has completed its eighth edition, and awards are presented late morning following the race.
