ヒホン・オビエド・アビレスのトレーニング話

ランニング： 地元のランナーはまず海岸線を走るよね。ヒホンならカンタブリア海沿いのPaseo de la Playa de San LorenzoとかSenda del Cervigónがあるからさ。オビエドだと、Vía Verde de Fuso de la Reinaで安定したZ2ペースで走れるよ。Parque de InviernoからFuso de la Reinaまで約8 kilometers続く舗装された古い線路跡だよ。アビレスはRía de AvilésやFerrera Parkの周りが走りやすいかな。Ría Run ClubはWhatsAppグループに300人くらいいて、毎週水曜の午後にFerrera Parkの近くで集まって、週末はCentro Niemeyerから走り出すよ。メインイベントはMedia Maratón Gijón Villa de Jovellanosだね。

サイクリング： 地元のサイクリストは、roadもgravelも、短くてパンチの効いた登りも、色々ミックスして走るよ。ヒホンからアビレスまでは、road bikesだと片道51 km、獲得標高970 mのコースがあるよ。静かな道でCandásとかLluancoを通って、帰りはFEVEで戻れる。ヒホンからオビエドまでは38 kmで獲得標高740 m、中くらいの距離でオビエド/Uviéuに入れる感じ。本気で追い込みたいなら、2 kmで獲得標高907 mのルートもあるよ。Alto de la Madera cortaとかAlto la Miranda por Avilesあたりから登りがきつくなってくるね。メインのgran fondoイベントはMarcha Cicloturista Villa de Gijónだよ。

シーズン： 夏は特にヒホンからアビレスの道なんかはサイクリストが増えるから、地元民は早朝に軽いspinをして、intervalsは人が少ない区間でやるようにしてるよ。ランニングは海岸線が夏でも良い感じ。Paseo de San Lorenzo、Senda del Cervigón、Senda Costera de Muros del Nalónは風も気持ちいいし、崖、ビーチ、そして走りやすいrhythmがあるからね。オビエドだと、平坦な道が良ければVía Verde de Fuso de la ReinaやSenda del Osoでbase milesをシンプルにこなせるよ。冬の情報は特にないんだけど、コンディションが悪い時は、舗装された道、公園、古い線路跡なんかを頼りにする感じかな。
