Szczecin's running routes follow the Oder River and its lakes—flat terrain ideal for distance work, with the PKO Polmaraton half-marathon the city's flagship race. Cyclists use Szczecin as a gravel and touring hub: the Wybrzeże 500 is a 400km coast-to-coast route through northwestern Poland, while the Gravel Niedźwiedź Fun ride (67km) explores the forested terrain south of the city.
