Carrera Nocturna Monumental

Cross de San Roque

ランニング： 地元の人たちは、カリーオン川沿いでイージーランしてるよ。Parque-Isla Dos Aguas、Sotillo de los Canónigos、Salón de Isabel II、Huerta de Guadián、Jardinillos de la Estación、Huertas del Obispo、Carcavilla、Parque Ribera Surあたりが定番かな。Corriendo por Palenciaっていうクラブは、火曜と木曜にParque-Isla Dos Aguasで走ってるよ。19:00と20:30のシフトがあるんだ。Parque-Isla Dos AguasはZ2の周回とか、きっちりインターバルやるのにちょうどいい。市街地だと、Carrera Nocturna Monumentalみたいな雰囲気で走れるよ。Media Maratón de Palenciaがメインのイベントで、Trail Tres Cerros Palentinosは脚にちょっとしたダートを味合わせてくれる感じかな。

サイクリング： 地元の人たちはCanal de Castillaでbase milesを稼いでるよ。運河沿いを走るのは、まるでタイムスリップしたみたいなんだ。Palencia Gravel Experienceっていうのは5日間で353 km、獲得標高3,970 mのルートで、Canal de Castilla、Camino de Santiago、Montaña Palentinaを通るんだ。Palencia Road Bike Stagesっていうのは、県内に1,974 kmのマップされたルートがあるんだよ。本格的なヒルクライムは北の方、Palentina Mountain、Picos de Europa、Riaño Mountains、Las Loras Geoparkあたりになるね。El Cerratoは、もっと落ち着いたロードライドに向いてる。Tierra de CamposとVega-Valdaviaは、急な坂がないロングライドにぴったりだよ。BTT Bike Race El Cautivoは、地元のダートイベントの目玉だね。

シーズン： 4月から10月はサイクリングに最高の時期だよ。冬の面倒な準備なしで安定した練習をしたいランナーにもいいよね。7月は30°Cを超えることがよくあるから、地元の人たちはZ2とかインターバル、ロングライドは早朝か夕方にずらしてる。夏は乾燥してるし、夜の気温も下がってくれるから、イブニングセッションには十分だよ。冬はリズムが変わるね。パレンシアは標高749 mにあるから、冷たい風が吹く乾燥した寒い日が多いんだ。霧もよく出るし、雪が降ることもある。最低気温はだいたい0°Cを下回るよ。Corriendo por Palenciaは、秋と冬の日曜ランをWhatsAppグループで連絡して開催してるよ。
