Runners can tackle The Rogue Marathon, a 42km point-to-point that follows the river canyon, or join Opal's Walk for Freedom as a local 3.2km option. Cyclists find the Rogue XC 5km course and rolling hill routes through the valley, with tougher climbs into the Cascade foothills 20km east around 600m elevation gain.
