Tout Agen court à Noël

Tout Agen court à Noël is a Christmas-season road running event in Agen, Lot-et-Garonne, southwest France. The programme is straightforward and family-oriented: a 10 km race, a 5 km race, and two children’s races of 1.5 km and 800 m. The 10 km begins at 20:00, the 5 km at 20:30, and the children’s races are also scheduled for the evening. Asptt Agen Athlétisme organizes the races, giving the event a local club character instead of a large commercial setup. The entry fees for the adult races are modest, with the 10 km at 12 euros and the 5 km at 8 euros. Randonnée Solidaire des Jardins du Coeur

Trail de Garonne en fête is a small trail event held in August in Agen, located in the Lot-et-Garonne department of southwest France. The schedule includes an 800-metre children’s trail in the morning, followed by a 10.2 km discovery trail with minimal elevation gain of 20 metres. Both events share the same modest entry fee, suggesting the day is geared towards local runners rather than attracting a large out-of-town crowd. The primary race is brief and nearly flat for a trail race, making it suitable for novice trail runners, road runners new to off-road events, or anyone seeking a swift run over a demanding mountain-style course. A recent running of the event saw approximately 150 participants. The organiser, Agglomération d’Agen, contributes to the atmosphere of a community gathering linked to the town, distinct from a major commercial race series.

ランニング： アジャンの地元ランナーは、ガロンヌ川やガロンヌ運河沿いから街の中心部まで走るんだ。Tout Agen court à Noëlっていうイベントでは、街中が5kmと10kmの夜間レース会場になるよ。ASPTT Agen Athlétismeは、そんな夜のアジャンを舞台に、レースみたいな雰囲気で楽しめるクラブだね。SUA AthletismeはStade Rabalで全レベル歓迎で、火曜と金曜の18:30から20:00まで練習、木曜は筋トレ、日曜の朝はグループランがあるよ。Trail de garonne en fête - Agenは舗装路を離れて、自然の奥深くへ入っていくオフロードイベント。Relais de nuit philippides - Agenは710-meter climbがあって、ちょっとハードな雰囲気で挑めるよ。

サイクリング： Z2やイージーなbase milesをやりたいときは、みんなガロンヌ運河を走るんだ。Canal des Deux Mers cycle pathはMarmandeからAgenまで、古い曳舟道を走っていて、路面はすごく整備されてるよ。Scandibérique EV3はLot-et-GaronneをFeugarollesとSaint-Pé-Saint-Simonの間で通ってるし、Baïse cycle routeはLavardacからMoncrabeauまで、ラ・バイズ川沿いを走るんだ。Team Lot-et-GaronneとSU Agenは、ロード界隈でよく聞くクラブ名だね。Randonnée Solidaire des Jardins du Coeurは地元のアンカーライドみたいな感じ。coteau de l'Ermitageは登りがきつくなってくるところだよ。

シーズン： 3月から9月がアジャンで一番いいトレーニング期間だね。日照時間が一番長いから。夏は穏やかで暖かいから、運河沿いは日陰で気持ちいいライドや、水辺での安定したランニングにぴったりだよ。街の中心部ではインターバルもできるし、ガロンヌ川沿いはイージーな日にちょうどいい。冬は穏やかだけど、空気はひんやりして寒いから、ランナーはStade Rabalでのクラブセッションを頼りにして、サイクリストは平坦な運河のbase milesをしっかりこなす感じ。トレイルは足元が柔らかくなって、critの脚よりもbase milesが重要になる時期だね。
