WoKiMen

WoKiMen, an acronym for Woman, Kids, Men, reflects its family-oriented setup: a running day in Parc de Tarbes in Altenkirchen featuring races for children, adults, teams, walkers, Nordic walkers, and participants with dogs. Children's races are 0.5 km or 2 km. Adults can select 5 km, 10 km, or 21 km. The TeamChallenge divides the race into three 1 km legs. Kap Arkona Lauf Rügen

The Kap Arkona Lauf Rügen is a small running event held on the northern part of Rügen, Germany's largest island, located off the Baltic coast of Vorpommern. It features two primary distances: a 10 km run commencing at Kap Arkona near Putgarten, and a half marathon beginning on the beach at Fischweg in Breege-Juliusruh. ランニング： 地元の人たちは、川沿いを走るのが定番だね。StadtparkやSüdstadtparkは毎日の軽い練習にちょうどいい。Stadtparkは、深く考えずにbase milesを稼ぎたい時に、きれいなZ2ループができるから便利だよ。Meetupグループは、フュルト市内やその周辺で、5km、10km、それ以上の距離をゆったりしたペースで、いろんなルートを走ってる。United Kiltrunnersはフレンドリーなクラブの雰囲気を出してるし、LAC Quelle Fürthは街に本格的なアスレチックの勢いをもたらしてるね。試合の日にはRonhofがSpVgg Greuther Fürthの熱気を加えてくれるんだ。Rund um den Weinberg、Forster Rosen-Pokal-Lauf、Forster Rosengartenlauf、Windecker-Sommerlaufあたりは、主要なレースとしてしっかり定着してるよ。

サイクリング： 地元の人たちはPegnitz cycle pathをよく走るんだ。Nuremberg方面へ行く人たちにとっては、今でも一番いいルートだからね。Z2の定常走行やコーヒーライドにはいい道だけど、バーベキュー日和だと、35-plus km/h出すのは難しくて、20-25 km/hくらいになっちゃうことが多いかな。Rednitz、Pegnitz、Regnitzの川沿いは、街の近くで気軽にサイクリングするのにぴったりだよ。United KiltrunnersはRadeln ohne Alterを通じて自転車側とも繋がってるし、SSC FürthやSpVgg Fürthも幅広いクラブ活動をしてる。南に行けば、テンポ走にぴったりの広い道、運河、牧草地があるし、西のFürther Stadtwald方面は、名前のある登りはないけど、平坦じゃないライドが楽しめるんだ。

シーズン： 春と初秋は、ランニングにもサイクリングにも最高の季節だね。街の中心部も川沿いも公園も森も、どこも気持ちよく使えるから。夏はフュルトに長くて明るい練習の日々をもたらしてくれるんだ。この街は年間平均1766 hoursも日照時間があるからね。地元の人たちは夏の午前中にintervalsや長めのZ2、gran fondoに向けた練習をすることが多いかな。その後、Pegnitz cycle pathが賑わい始めたら、みんなで楽しく走るって感じ。冬になると、ランニングはStadtparkやSüdstadtpark、おなじみの街中のループコースが中心になるよ。サイクリストは、もっと定常的なライドが多くなるね。コンディションが許せば運河や牧草地を使うし、sharper crit feelingみたいなシャープな走りは、もっと明るい良い季節までとっておくんだ。
