Warner Robins is dead flat, built on the outskirts of Macon in central Georgia's pine forests. The Warner Robins Police Department Glow Run and Georgia National Fair 5K anchor the local running calendar, both short courses through town; cyclists find better terrain 30–40km north toward Byron, where the Eagle 5K & 10K and Ninja 5K & 10K events sit closer to rolling Piedmont foothills. For longer rides, head northeast toward Lake Oconee or southwest into the flatter farmland, though serious climbs require pushing 80km+ to the north Georgia mountains.
