Richmond Park brings the big loop, deer, small hills, woodland, and proper marathon-training rhythm. Battersea Park gives flat tarmac, quick laps, and PB chances at RunThrough Chase The Sun Battersea Park 5k & 10k. Fulham Running Club keeps it simple with Tuesday intervals, Thursday club run, and Sunday 10@10. London Marathon stays the anchor event.

Regent’s Park Outer Circle handles early speed, group skills, and crit-style work, while Richmond Park gives about 10km per loop with small hills and a woodland section. The Bun Run goes to Windsor, London to Brighton stays classic, and Surrey hills, North Downs, Westerham Heights, and Box hill hold the climbs.
