ランニング： 地元の人はまずライン川沿いを走るよね。ルートは南に2 km、Rheinau Parkまで平坦な道が続くよ。歩道はずっと静かで景色もいいんだ。Rheinauenの近くになると、川沿いの道はランナーやサイクリスト、散歩する人で賑わうね。Rheinau Parkには湖とかJapanischen Gartenがあって、森みたいな自然な雰囲気も楽しめるよ。Community Run Laufladen Bonnは毎週水曜の19:00に集まってるし、Parkrun Rheinaueは土曜の09:00だよ。Selfcare RunclubとかSocialRunBonnは、みんなで楽しく走るのにぴったり。Bonn-Marathon, Kottenforst 10er, Bonner Nachtlauf, #ZeroHungerRun Bonn, Bonner Silvesterlaufみたいなレースがカレンダーを埋めてくれるから、飽きないよ。
