ヒルデスハイムの練習あれこれ

ランニング： 地元の人たちは、楽にbase milesを積みたい時とか、気持ちいい周回コースがいいなって時にHohnsenseeを走るんだ。Hohnsenseeのランニングコースは、Hohnsensee湖のほとりやKalenberger Grabenの用水路沿いにあるよ。Hilde Run Clubは、毎週水曜の18:00と、日曜の10:00にTrimm-dich-Pfad am Hohnsenseeに集まって練習してるね。街の中を流れるInnerste川沿いのInnerste Auランニングコースは、インターバルをシンプルにこなすのにぴったりだよ。足に喝を入れたい時は、WaldquelleのランニングルートでBergholzchenからRottsbergまで行くのもあり。あと、Lange Dreischのランニングコースは自然保護区の中を通る5 kmのルートなんだ。

サイクリング： ロード、オフロード、トラック、マウンテンバイク、crossrad、どんな自転車でも楽しめる場所だよ。地元の人たちは、街の周りをぐるっと一周するHi-Ringをよく使うんだ。Hi-Ringは73 kmで、どこからでもスタートできて、一日がかりじゃなくて中くらいの運動量をこなしたいライダーにちょうどいい感じ。脚力のあるライダーはHi-Ringを反時計回りに走るけど、他の人は長い下りと短い登りを楽しめる時計回りを選ぶことが多いかな。反時計回りのルートだと、Leine Uplandsとか、Harz Mountainsの端にあるSeesen方面に登りがあるんだよね。GTF Kanalromantik、RTF Nordschleife、Gravelride Sole und Erzあたりが、ここでの定番ライドだよ。

シーズン： 5月と6月は、Adlumer Abendlaufが2026-05-23、Never Give Up Hindernislaufが2026-06-20、Finienlaufが2026-06-26にあるから、しっかり走り込みたい時期って感じだね。8月はHildesheimer Firmenlaufが2026-08-28にあるから、街全体がピリッとするよ。夏のランナーは、Z2やインターバル、仲間とのランニングでHohnsensee、Innerste川、自然保護区のあたりにいることが多いかな。夏のライダーは、Cycle path to art、Ambergau Cycle Path、Leine-Heide cycle path、Innerste Cycle Pathで脚を伸ばしてるよ。冬になると雰囲気が変わるけど、2026-12-31のHaseder Silvesterlaufは、ランナーにとってきれいな締めくくりのレースになるんだ。冬のサイクリストは、クラブの仲間とsteady base miles、cyclocross、オフロード練に力を入れてる感じだね。
