Stoke-on-Trent is a flat industrial city on the River Trent where time trialists thrive—the WattShop TT Weekend stages and Leek CC's Den Engel Belgian Bar 25 draw serious cyclists to fast, rolling courses in the surrounding Staffordshire countryside.
