Amadora sits on the outskirts of Lisbon, offering quick access to both flat urban running and the forested hills of the Sintra-Cascais region 20km north. The 10th Duathlon Cross da Amadora is the local flagship event, while mountain bikers compete in the TAÇA INTERMUNICIPAL 3H Resistência BTT series across the region.
