Kristiansand

Kristiansand sits on Norway's southern coast with flat, fast running through parks and along the Otra River; the Anton Sport Sommerløpet marathon is the marquee local race. Cyclists have it better — the rolling countryside inland climbs to 150–200m, and the Color Line Tour's 210km route and shorter Sørlandet Petit Prix loop the Sørlandet region's coastal and forest roads, all within an hour's ride.
