ランニング： ラヴェンナで走るなら、地元民はシンプルに、ペースを保って走るのが基本かな。トレイルレースは競技部門が 9.75 km、非競技部門が 10 km あるんだ。Montone riverとCandiano canal沿いは、base miles稼ぎたいZ2のイージーな日にぴったりだよ。街の中心部は、レースウィークになると、歴史と芸術の香りがする古き良きラヴェンナって感じがして、なんかいいんだよね。Ravenna Marathonは 195 km、ハーフマラソン、そして 10K があるんだけど、ハーフは最初から最後まで速く感じるよ。
