9/11 Heroes Run - Cape Girardeau, MO

ランニング： 地元の人たちは、クラブや公園、短いレースイベントなんかでケープジラードーを走ってるよ。Cape Girardeau Road Runnersは1980年から地元のランニングコミュニティを支えてて、ソーシャルイベントやファンラン、ニュースレター、それにArena ParkでのCape Girardeau ONE & DONE 1-mile Raceなんかでみんなを繋いでくれてるんだ。Missouri Running Company Cape Girardeauは、毎週水曜の夜6時半にMany Good Things Breweryダウンタウンからランニングイベントをやってて、週のリズムになってるね。Run Capeには600人以上のメンバーがいるから、Z2ペースで走る仲間とか、インターバルで一緒に話す相手を見つけるのは簡単だよ。The City of Roses Half Marathon & 5K、Remembrance Run/Walk 5k、Mary Mingle 5Kがカレンダーの主要イベントだね。
