Nut Roll
The Nut Roll is a supported cycling ride starting at Chehaw Park & Zoo in Albany, Georgia, part of the CAAM Events Cycling Series. This annual Southwest Georgia event is organized by the Albany Area YMCA with the Pecan City Pedalers, offering routes for cyclists seeking distances from short rides to a full century. Riders select from 17, 34, 63, and 100 miles, with the 100-mile route heading to Plains. The course is largely flat with some gentle rollers, featuring clear markings, minimal traffic, stocked rest stops, on-road support, and a lunch after the ride. The event supports bicycle advocacy in Southwest Georgia. Registration provides a commemorative shirt, personalized number bib, printed route map, cue sheet, and packet mailing to bypass check-in.
